The Acroprint time Q plus Biometric system features an advanced fingerprint biometric terminal and flexible communications options.
You can connect it directly to a single PC or to your local area network.
The clock records each punch in memory to be downloaded later to the Attendance Rx software.
Employees punch by entering their PIN number on the keypad, then placing their finger on the sensor to confirm identity.
The LCD panel on the terminal confirms a successful punch and displays the employee's hours worked.
Need multiple terminals? Simply add more terminals to your ethernet network.
Using the provided sofware, each employee can be assigned to one or more terminals after only enrolling their fingerprint once.
Terminal Specifications :
Both types of terminals are available in your choice of English/Spanish or English/French.
Terminals feature a large and bright backlit LCD display and can be connected to your PC or network via USB, serial (RS232) or Ethernet.
Each terminal's built-in memory can store up to 50,000 transactions.
An internal battery ensures punches stored in the terminal are retained even in the event of a power outage.
You schedule the software to automatically poll the terminals and retrieve the stored transactions.
Terminals also include a USB port for use with a USB flash drive (or “thumb drive”). In remote locations where connections to the host computer or network are not available, you can download employee punch data to a USB drive, then upload to the host computer from the USB drive.
You can also use a USB drive to copy employee information such as name, PIN, badge number and/or fingerprint template from one terminal to another, saving time and reducing errors when setting up employees on more than one terminal.
