  • Extended Software Support Your annual telephone support agreement provides your trained and qualified staff with unlimited telephone technical support, during normal support hours, for one year from the date of purchase of the support agreement.
  • Online technical support is provided via GoToMeeting when the support technician is unable to resolve the issue by phone.
  • On site support calls for local clients are available, when needed. On site calls are not covered under the telehone support agreement and are billable.
  • Extended Software Updates Customers who have purchased the extended telephone support agreement will receive new software releases, updates and enhancements to their existing software, if requested, at a discounted rate.
  • Customers who have not purchased the extended telephone support agreement may purchase updates separately (installation charges may apply).
