TA100 Pro allows you to quickly scroll through and edit an employee's schedule. Once an employee schedule is set, the system remembers it so you never have to key in the schedule again. Also, with the use of templates,TA100 Pro makes applying same schedules, even rotating schedules,  to multiple employees very  quick and easy.

         

TA100 Pro will generate over 50 reports and 20 listings on everything from Employee addresses to your Main Company and Policy set up. In addition, TA100 Pro will generate up-to-the-minute reports on everything from Annual Attendance to Who's In / Not In right now. 

All time & attendance reports can be printed by pay period, yesterday, today or by selected date range. This feature gives you the ability to run daily, pay period, monthly, quarterly, or year-to-date reports on any totals right up to the last time the terminal was polled. In addition, the reports can be separated by Division (location), Department and Manager's Groups. Each report may be displayed on the screen, printed, sent to a file for use at a later date and / or emailed to anyone on your email list in pdf format. With the built-in Autopolling / Autoreporting feature this can be done automatically!

TA100 Pro supports weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly pay periods. Employees on different pay periods can all run concurrently on the same system.

TA100 Pro supports an unlimited number of shifts. Unusual shift schedules with staggered start times are easily handled.

TA100 Pro will support flex / open, fixed and floating, and rotating shifts simultaneously. Employees may either be assigned a specific start and stop time, or they may punch in and out randomly. Rounding rules can be setup around start / stop times or the actual punch time to avoid paying 'fractional' overtime. Attendance codes are applied to each segment of the shift rounding rules to track employee's compliance with fixed shift start / stop times.

TA100 Pro supports three levels of overtime on a daily, pay period, and consecutive days worked basis. You can pay a default overtime rate if a specific day of the week or a Holiday is worked. Overtime can be paid on a weekly, bi-weekly or semi-monthly basis. Semi-monthly overtime carryover is also supported.

TA100 Pro prevents over-payment for short and long lunches, and long breaks.  Rounding can be set up to dock for short and long lunches. This prevents over-payment to employees who don't take the full time allotted for lunches. Automatic lunch deductions may also be taken based on elapsed time worked.

All data is available at any time for reporting. The amount of historical data that the system will keep is limited only by the size of your hard drive. Previous data can be Posted to History or compressed and archived to save disk space.

When using multiple data collection terminals with TA100 Pro, an employee can punch at any of these terminals. An employee can clock IN at one terminal, transfer departments at another, then drive to a remote location and clock OUT. This can even help track travel time between sites.

TA100 Pro contains an "Online Time Card" punch editor . This allows you to edit the employee's punch information right on the employee's time card. The new "Approval Editor" instantly displays all employees with missing punches and absences for direct editing. This is a tremendous time saver! 

The TA100 Pro system is Multi-level Password protected. Each user must enter a Login name and Password before they can access the TA100 Pro system. The system can limit the user to certain menus, what they can do while in a given window (add, edit, delete, view, etc.), and even can restrict which employees a supervisor can access, for example.

Another attractive feature of TA100 Pro is the ability to change the names of key fields and automatically have all the menus and reports change to reflect the new name. For example, if your company doesn't have "Departments", but has "Cost Centers", simply change the name "Department" to "Cost Centers" and all references to Departments will change to Cost Centers. "Employee" can be changed to "Student" for use in Trade Colleges or "Client" for use in Daycare Center.
